Day-Wise Itinerary
Welcome to Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir and the gateway to your Himalayan adventure. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel or traditional houseboat. After check-in, take some time to relax and acclimatize to the pleasant Kashmiri weather.
In the evening, experience the charm of a Shikara ride on the iconic Dal Lake, where floating gardens, wooden houseboats, and snow-capped peaks create a magical setting. You may also explore the beautifully landscaped Mughal gardens such as Shalimar Bagh. End your day with a traditional Kashmiri dinner.

After an early breakfast, begin your scenic drive towards Kargil. The journey takes you through the dramatic landscapes of the mighty Himalayas via Zoji La Pass, one of the most thrilling mountain passes in India.
En route, stop at Drass and visit the historic Drass War Memorial, which honors the brave soldiers of the 1999 Kargil War. Continue driving along the Indus River until you reach Kargil. Check into your hotel and relax after the long but picturesque journey.

Post breakfast, continue your drive towards Leh. One of the highlights of today is a visit to the ancient Lamayuru Monastery, known for its dramatic “Moonland” landscape that resembles the surface of the moon.
Drive further along winding mountain roads, passing small villages and monasteries perched on rocky cliffs. Experience the gravity-defying illusion at Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to move uphill on their own.
Arrive in Leh by evening, check into your hotel, and enjoy a relaxed walk through Leh Market.

Today is dedicated to exploring Leh and allowing your body to acclimatize to the high altitude. Begin with a visit to the Hall of Fame, a museum maintained by the Indian Army.
Seek blessings at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and witness the mesmerizing confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers at Sangam Point. Later, visit the peaceful Shanti Stupa for panoramic sunset views over Leh town.
